| Return & Exchanges
If when you receive your blinds/accessories you find you wish to return it for whatever reason, we will be happy to do so free of charge† with a full refund for you. All we ask is that you haven't fitted your blind or used it in anyway. We will send out free return labels for you to post them back via a Post Office, and then when they arrive back we will refund you.
If you wish to exchange your blinds/accessories we will again be happy to do so providing you haven't fitted/used your blinds in anyway. Again, we will send out free return labels to be sent back via a Post Office, and once they have been sent back to us and received we will arrange for your new blinds to be sent out.
If you are exchanging them for a more expensive item(s) then we would raise the extra charge, however if the item was less expensive, then we would arrange a refund for the difference. |
